Overview

Villemel respects your privacy. This policy covers the Narcade iOS app and the villemel.ch website. We collect only what is necessary, and we do not track you, sell your data, or require accounts.

Narcade App — Data Collection

Narcade is a negotiation practice app. In its released (production) build, it uses Firebase SDKs for crash reporting and analytics. The following data types are collected:

Diagnostics

Crash logs, error reports, device type, OS version, app version, memory status, and breadcrumb logs (user actions before a crash). Collected by Firebase Crashlytics. Used for app functionality and analytics.

Identifiers

An anonymized UUID stored locally for session tracking. Not linked to personal identity. Used for app functionality and analytics.

Device Information

Device type, model, carrier, locale, timezone, and hardware capabilities. Collected by FirebaseCore and GoogleDataTransport SDKs. Used for app functionality and analytics.

Usage Data

Event names including screen views, feature usage, session start/end, offer events, and LLM inference events. Screen names and feature names. Collected by Google Analytics for Firebase. Used for app functionality and analytics.

Performance Data

App launch time, crash frequency, response times, memory usage, and network performance. Collected by FirebaseCrashlytics and FirebaseAnalytics. Used for app functionality.

Local Storage

Narcade uses UserDefaults to store local app preferences such as theme, language selection, analytics consent, and LLM configuration. This data never leaves your device.

No Tracking

Narcade does not use any data for tracking purposes. No NSPrivacyTrackingDomains are configured. Data collected by Firebase is not linked to your personal identity and is not shared with third parties for advertising or profiling.

Website

The villemel.ch website is a static site. It does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. No personal data is collected through the website.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and other privacy regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Since we collect only minimal, anonymized diagnostics data, there is no personal data to delete. If you have questions or concerns, contact us at max@villemel.ch.
